Rental Prices:
The apartment is normally available on a weekly basis from Sunday to Sunday, but arrival and departure dates may be negotiable.
The rental prices for 2008/10 are shown below:
Low Season: €200 per week
* 28 September 2008 - 5 April 2009
* 27 September 2009 - 27 May 2010
Mid Season: €350 per week
* 5 April 2009 - 4 July 2009
High Season: €600 per week
* 4 July 2009 - 27 September 2009
Prices do not include the supply of bed linen and towels. These can be supplied separately at the following rates:
- Bed Linen: €7 per person
- Hand towel and Bath Towel (not for use on the beach): €5 per person
A non-returnable 20% deposit is payable at the time of booking and the balance due seven days before arrival. For further information about payment and booking arrangements, click here.
