The apartment is situated some 50 metres from the beach, in the old fishing quarter, right in the heart of Roses.
Local supermarkets, shops, bars, cafes and restaurants are all within easy walking distance and the busy fishing port and Marina are also nearby.
The apartment comprises:

- A double bedroom (with two single beds, a chest of drawers)
- A single bedroom (with single bed, bedside table, wardrobe with drawers)
- A living room (with sofabed, dining table and six chairs, TV, Radio & CD / MP3 player)
- A bathroom (with shower, basin and toilet)
- A kitchen (with gas hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine)
- A large terrace to the rear of the apartment (with table and chairs, which makes it perfect for dining for up to 6 - 8 people).
The double sofa bed in the living room enables the apartment to accommodate up to 7 people.
The apartment is accessed via an external staircase and is, therefore, not suitable for people with mobility problems.
